Keene's Pointe
Keene's Pointe is one of the Windermere
areas newest and best Subdavisions. The area was originaly
owned by R.D. Keen an orange grove worker and owner. Nestled
between the Butler Chain and Lake Burden (The former training
lake for the Disney ski teams). The neighborhood was created
by the famous developers Castle & Cook from Hawaii and
is home to one of the newest of the Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear
golf courses. Keene's pointe is devided into fourteen different
neighborhoods giving the advantages that come with a large
well know subdivision wile keeping the small neighborhood
feeling. The comunity is still growing with homes from the
$400,000 to over $10,000,000 with fourteen of the best builders
in the area.
